The latest movie “Gaayam 2”, it is continuation of blockbuster Telugu movie Gayam (1993) and it is an action thriller based movie in which Jagapathi Babu and Vimala Raman playing the main lead roles. This movie hit in the theater today.This movie Releasing date : 3 Sep 2010.
Story begins with Ram (jagapathi babu) who runs a coffee shop in Bangkok and he has a happy family in the form of his wife Vidya (vimala), son and brother in law (harshavardhan). Things take a turn with the arrival of Shankar Narayana (kota prasad) along with his lawyer (tanikella). They suspect that Ram is none other than Durga, the arch enemy of Guru Narayana (kota). They come up with various attempts to confirm if Ram is Durga but Ram insists he is not so. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.
The film happens to be a sequel to the original movie ‘Gaayam’ which came many years ago. While the first half was a lift from a Hollywood film, the second half was perfect in connection and it syncs well with the audience.
